All orders are shipped straight from our Tennessee warehouse, with fast, reliable delivery across the USA. Most customers receive their Riigid case within just 2–3 days, no matter where they are in the country.
How long will delivery take ?
We ship with DHL Express (24hr). Please allow 24–48 hours for processing — most orders arrive within 1–3 working days
How do I return ?
Just email us at info@riigidUSA.com — we’ll arrange collection from your address.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. DHL will also contact you directly with updates and text notifications.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 days of the returned case arriving back with us.
