I’m very happy with my luggage purchase! The quality is excellent, the design is beautiful, and it feels sturdy and durable. It has plenty of space and easy to maneuver. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good-quality luggage!
I want you to give me a way to return the suitcase because I do not like the product you sent. Instead, you make me jump through hoops and I still have this expensive unwanted suitcase. That is a 1 star company.

Been reaching out to you all since I purchased the luggage that was non-functional to see what could you do for sending me some new luggage that works or send me a return label so I can send it back due to your policy, saying it supposed to be functional in which when I received both suitcases had multiple broke wheels and very heavily dented. Sent multiple pictures and to prove my case, but still no one wants to do right by the customer. That’s not functional. I have been reaching out to you all since the beginning feels like a scam.
Arrived unusable as handle would not pull out or retract without a large amount of force. Contacted customer service and they were unhelpful.
I ordered the trunk which was horrible, huge dents not minor. The mini case, vaccum bag and vaccum are good.

Severe damage. This is my second purchase and my last. I bought a 22” and wrote in to customer service 3 times and never heard back. I bought this suitcase and it has 2 large dents and the suitcase feels cheap.
Announced as APPROVED RETURNS - DENTS / SCRATCHED STILL USEABLE / 30" TRUNK / SILVER I expected cosmetic and minor issues but unfortunately, I will not be able to use it. It will be a storage trunk in my garage.
My case was used for 1 round trip, two flights. The center lock is not latching, the lid is off alignment and doesnt close naturally, it must be forced closed. the center latch is malfunctioning. It appears to be defective because the case as a whole has no damage that supports the issues at hand. The lower portion apears to be straign and while the lid has slight curve which suggest that its form or alignment is off just enought to cause the lid to not close.
So far so good. Took it with me on a business trip. Holding up well for version 2. Only one scuff from the overhead. To be expected. The rollers are as smooth as my other carry-on. Crossing my fingers for a few more trips.
First trip with the 30” green trunk. I bought a silver V1 trunk originally, and I liked the practicality so much, that I bought the green v2 when it came back in stock. The color is amazing and i’ve gotten lots of compliments on it. Compared to the silver luggage, the green may show more scratches over time, but scuff marks should be less visible on the darker surface. Another interesting point about the trunk is that i have packed it pretty full and not exceeded 50 lbs.
This is the perfect case for my essential camera gear on the go. Instead of lugging around big backpacks this fits easily in my truck and makes grabbing my camera quick.
Wasn’t too crazy about how the paneling that straps the clothes down from inside, it tends to get caught when I close it. another issue I have is that the aluminum is nice, but my case was dented on my first airline flight.

So far, we’ve traveled to Taiwan and back to Houston. Then this month on to Rome, Naples and the Amalfi Coast with our Ridgid aluminum luggage. We are very happy with the quality and durability. It’s also easy to spot our racing green cases on the luggage Carousel in the various airports. We purchased 2 - 28 inch cases and one 22 inch carry on. Today I ordered the 30 inch trunk in racing green. We check all our luggage so it undergoes a lot of rough handling.

Took my first trip with the bag and it went okay. A few dings and dents, but those were expected. Locks held up well. The only really issue I had is the wheels. They are noticeably beginning to wobble and I even lost one of the wheel caps already. Id say if there is improvement to be had, those would be the first thing on my list. The only other minor issue I have is the way the interior straps work with the cover pieces. They are really difficult to maneuver around. I think a better solution would be a zipper on at LEAST one side, if not both. This would allow for getting around in the bag much easier instead of the covers.

Great luggage, however it will dent up when TSA and airport staff throw it from the top rope like it’s a marshmallow and not an aluminum suitcase. 🧳 And the protective plastic cover will rip up after a few trips. But outside of that I love it.

Good value travel carry-on for the money. Would like for the inside compartments to be a little more lush and nice but understand the value without spending $2000 for the inside to be nice. I would recommend this carry-on for your travels.

I have used this 3 trips so far to New york City, Sydney, Australia. and Auckland, New Zealand. It gave me enough room.The quality was amazing...It rolls smoothly. It is wide enough for me to sit my duffel bag on and it not fall off ad I pull it...I wanted a more vibrant color, they gave me this green color option that felt unique and vibrant. Sometimes brands have that like darker hunter green, but this is a very beautiful, lighter green...and matches with my other bags that I typically use during travel. I got the trunk and the 20 in carry on and they're perfect. I think I would like to have one more... like a carry on size but a little bit bigger than the 20 inch.

Lightweight and simple in design … no zippers to snag or rip. Solid handles that will not tear or split in the middle of a trip. Positive locking of latches make this design a reliable travel partner. Both the carry on and the larger check case perform well.

I do like my Rigid carry-on. It has served me well on two international trips. One of the latches is sticking but I can overcome that. I do wish that the luggage hook did not intrude into the space of the case so much. It changes the flat edges of the inside of the case making it difficult to pack flat pieces of art or other straight items.

Nice over the shoulder carry on. Unfortunately on my first trip the top interior compartment failed. Currently working with the company on a replacement. Overall, I'd recommend them for all the pieces I have bought and for their continued email support with my damaged piece.
Traveled well, so much I bought more upon returning from our wonder cruise.

Love this luggage. 99% Rimowa look with out the hefty price tag. Matches my Rimowa carry on. Haven’t gone on a trip yet to see how it hold up but feel like it’s good quality material.

I was so thrilled to see this form of suitcase being made again! They were quite popular when I was a kid. I am taking mine on its first trip, traveling from OK to FL for eight days (four days of that is drive time). Because the weather is so much warmer in Florida, I was able to take all of the clothing I will need for that time and pack it, along with my toiletries and other essentials. I love how small it is, yet still holds everything without having to be forced to close. It is perfect for my needs! I’m so happy with it.

I took this suitcase on three trips so far, and overall performance feels solid. The exterior feels strong. The shell feels durable. Interior space works well at first. Packing felt easy, and the layout helped keep items organized during travel. One issue showed up with one of the interior dividers. As shown in the photo, only one divider has a small rip, while the other divider is still completely fine, which feels odd. The rip has not fully torn through yet, but if it does, that section would lose its function for organization. This was disappointing, especially since the suitcase was not overpacked or handled roughly. I plan to pack more gently on future trips. Overall, I still like the suitcase, with this single interior divider being the main concern.

My Rigid carryon is as good as advertised. It looks beautiful, is very solid, operates and rolls so easily. Inside, it's set up so it helps me in my packing. I've traveled with it once and it was so much easier than my old one.
