We want you to love your RIIGID case. If for any reason you’d like to return or exchange an item, please fill out the form below and our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.
To help us process your request quickly, please include the following details in your message:
- Order Number
- Full Name (as used on the order)
- Shipping Address
- Reason for Return or Exchange
Once received, our support team will review your request and send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable).
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.
Lifetime warranty replacements are handled through the same form.
